* To ensure a safe and secure environment for our youngest explorers we limit the age of our child visitors to a maximum of 7 years old.
** Age 18 and over. To protect our play environment we do not offer tickets for children aged 8 -17 years. They will be refused entry and cannot sit in the cafe as it is attached to the Town.

We have three, 90-minute session times per day to choose from:
Monday – Saturday
9:30am – 11:00am
11:30am – 1:00pm
1:30pm – 3:00pm
Sunday
10:45am – 12:15pm
12:45pm – 2:15pm
2:45pm – 4:15pm
VISITOR LOYALTY CARD
We want to reward our loyal visitors by offering a wonderful Bear Town loyalty card!
Collect your Visitor Loyalty Card at Reception when you get checked in, you can then collect one stamp every visit. Once you have collected six stamps, hand your card to Reception, you will receive a £10 voucher via email.
