Join us at Bear Town London, for the ultimate birthday party for children aged 7 and under. We have three party packages for you to choose from.
Birthday parties are held during our 90-minute play sessions.

BEAR CAVE PARTY
for up to 12 children – £295
For just £295, join us for the ultimate party package for up to 12 children.
Alongside entry to Bear Town London at your chosen session time, your party package will include:
- Downloadable Bear Town party invitations.
- Private use of your own decorated party room, where children will enjoy the party food.
- Reserved tables within the cafe area.
- Two adults to accompany the birthday child.
- Free accompanying adult place for each child.
- All party food for the children. Click here to view the Party menu.
- Unlimited squash for children.
- Personalise the party room with digital images.
- Bear Town Balloon for each child to take home at the end of the party.
- Yummy birthday cake with candles!
Further Information about our bear cave london Party
- This party is fixed with a maximum capacity of 12 children which cannot be increased.
- This package includes entry to Bear Town London at your chosen 90-minute session time.
- Please advise party guests that if they wish to bring siblings (outside of the guest list) they will need to book a separate ticket in advance as sessions do sell out and due to capacity limits, will not be allowed in the party rooms.
- The package includes 13 adults. Two adults for the birthday child, and each child party guest can bring one adult. Additional adults can attend, for £2.00 payable on the day. But due to capacity they will not be able to enter the party room. This is limited to a maximum of 10 additional adults.
- Seven days before your party you will receive a reminder email. A guestlist of child party guests, dietary requirements and the digital images must be supplied 72-hours before your party.
- To ensure a safe and secure environment for our youngest explorers we limit the age of our child visitors to a maximum of 7 years old. Due to the suitability of the play environment we are unable to offer tickets to children aged 8-17 years.
- Upon arrival we will take the order from each party child, for which flavour sandwich they would like.
- We will reserve tables in our seating for you and your party guests.
- Children will enjoy 60 minutes of play in Bear Town London followed by 30 minutes in your private party room, where the food will be served.
- A birthday cake and candles are included.
- All children will be given a Bear Town balloon at the end of the party to take home.
- Please note we do not allow external food to be brought into Bear Town London.
BEAR TOWN london Exclusive Party
Venue only – no food
for up to 35 children – £495
Alongside entry to Bear Town London at your chosen session time, your exclusive party package will include:
- Exclusive use of Bear Town London!
- This package does NOT include party food. So you can bring your own party food for the children to enjoy during your 90-minute session.
- Up to 35 children and 70 adult capacity.
- Downloadable Bear Town Party invitations.
- Bear Town Balloon for each child to take home at the end of the party.
Further Information about our Exclusive Party (Venue only - no food)
- This party is fixed with a maximum capacity of 35 children which cannot be increased.
- This package includes entry to Bear Town London at your chosen 90-minute session time.
- The package includes 70 adults. Two adults for each child party guest.
- Seven days before your party you will receive a reminder email. A guestlist of child party guests must be supplied 72-hours before your party.
- To ensure a safe and secure environment for our youngest explorers we limit the age of our child visitors to a maximum of 7 years old. Due to the suitability of the play environment, we are unable to offer tickets or entry to children aged 8-17 years.
- This package does NOT include party food. So you are welcome to bring your own party food into Bear Town for your Exclusive Party. Please note the food must be consumed within the 90-minute play session.
- No birthday cake is included in the package.
- All children will be given a Bear Town balloon at the end of the party to take home.
- Please note if the food is not consumed within your 90-minute session you will be asked to leave the venue.
